Eat Warm On Cold Days!

Hey everyone! Hope you all are enjoying getting ready for the holidays and staying warm! I thought I would share one of my favourite hot Chili recipes that I enjoy making once the temperature starts to drop.

It is a very comforting meal especially in the winter and it is so healthy because it contains protein and veggies plus it is homemade and not processed from a can. I used to eat canned chilli and after awhile I realized it is so bad for you, it contains a lot of sodium and it doesn’t taste as great as having homemade chilli. It is so easy to make and it doesn’t take long. The only thing I don’t enjoy is chopping up all the veggies, so I usually do them the day before. It’s a great way to save time especially if you aren’t planning on cooking the same day – that way it’s ready for the next day. You just have to throw everything in a pot to cook for an hour a half. Give it a try and you will love it!

Ingredients:
1 or 2 boxes of Campbell’s Gardennay red pepper black bean soup
1 or 2 cans of Campbell’s tomato liquid soup
1 pack of clubhouse Hot ‘n’ Spicy Chili powderimage
