Hey lovelies! Hope the start of your New Years is going well! I finally had the opportunity to do a photoshoot in the snow! I am not too crazy about snow (I’m more of a summer girl!) but it sure does look pretty in the background for photoshoots!
I wanted to show you that winter style doesn’t have to be boring! If you want to look stylish on a cold winter day you can spice it up with adding some fur details to make winter a fun and happier season, rather than feeling gloomy and dull. I like wearing a variety of winter jackets with different types of styles because I tend to get bored of wearing the same coat everyday.
This Versace jacket I am wearing, I’ve had for 10 years and I purchased it when I was in Venice, Italy. Have I ever mentioned Italy is the best country to go shopping?! They have the most stylish clothes and an amazing selection of high end brands. With shopping in Europe you just have to keep the exchange rate in mind! I know when I see the price tag at first I tend to automatically think of it in Canadian dollars and then quickly realize how much it actually costs. It’s always a good idea to save up extra money before going on a trip so you can splurge on a few items. I’m so glad that I picked up this jacket as it’s stayed with me for so long and I wouldn’t have found anything like that here. This jacket totally caught my eye when l walked into the store, it was something I wouldn’t have found in Canada – so I love how unique it is. I especially love all the details in this jacket – the fur trim around the hoodie and the sequins. I thought this was the coolest jacket I ever purchased and I am never letting go of it:)
I love how this whole outfit pairs so well with my fur ankle boots and purse – this is the perfect outfit to wear if you want to look classy and feel like a million bucks! It would be the perfect outfit for a shopping trip to a big city like Toronto or New York. You’ll be sure to feel like a fashionista!
